Yes. That's exactly who we built it for. Simple mode shows only the everyday jobs in plain words, the Learning Centre has short lessons and videos, and the helper answers your questions in English, Urdu, Punjabi or Hindi.
Is it really free?
The Free plan is free forever: one user, 20 invoices a month, expenses, receipts, sales tax and reports. Every new account also gets 30 days with everything switched on, so you can try it all before you decide.
Can my accountant work in my books?
Yes. Invite them from My accountant. They get their own login, their changes come to you as suggestions to approve, and you can remove their access any time.
Can I move my books from QuickBooks or another program?
Yes. Books imports from QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, Sage and Excel files, then checks the totals so you know everything came across.
Where are my books kept? Are they safe?
Your books are saved in your own account in the cloud (Google's Firebase) and only you, and the people you invite, can open them. You can download a full backup any time. Read our privacy policy.
Is NextGen Books ready today?
NextGen Books is in early access: it works today, and we're still adding to it and testing it every day. Until we say it's fully ready, please keep your own copies of anything you send to the government.
